  • Urban Bliss is led by Elizabeth Hoffmann. Lizzy is an amazing teacher, not only wise and knowledgeable but compassionate too. Lizzy’s wisdom is vast, not only because she knows the information and the facts but because she walks the talk. In my humble opinion, this is crucial, in wherever space we perform.
